地方性高职高专院校应当跳出"怪圈"实现科学发展

本文首先对地方性高职高专院校发展陷入"怪圈"的原因进行了分析,并且指出了陷入"怪圈"的危害严重影响了学校的可持续发展.地方性高职高专院校跳出"怪圈"实现科学发展的应对措施是以科学发展观为指导,主动适应社会需求,合理确立发展定位,科学谋划发展目标,恰当处理好规模与结构、数量与质量、当前与长远的关系,适度控制规模,把学校的发展重心放到内涵建设上来,把工作重点放到强化办学特色、全面提高教学质量上来,坚定不移地走内涵发展之路.

Local higher vocational schools should jump out of "the strange cycle" to realize scientific development

This paper firstly analyzed the causes of being trapped in a development "strange cycle" of local high vocational schools and its disadvantage was indicated: these schools' sustainable development would be severely affected. It pointed out that local high vocational schools should take these measures to avoid the "strange cycle": under the guide of the conception of scientific development, these schools should adapt to the social demand positively, establish their development position reasonably, plan their development aims scientifically; the relations between scale and structure, quantity and quality and the present and future should be dealt suitably; the schools should keep a way of culture development firmly, putting the central work on strengthening school features and extensive promotion of education quality.
