发热隔离病区军人患者的心理干预

目的：探索针对SAILS期间发热隔离病区军人存在的心理问题的心理干预效果。方法：对119例被隔离者在隔离开始时进行SCL-90、SAS及SDA测查，将得分异常者53例随机分为心理干预组27例和对照组26例，在解除隔离时复测上述量表，评定干预效果。结果：与开始隔离时相比，两组在解除隔离时三个量表各指标均有不同程度的减低，而干预组三个量表的多数指标比对照组减低更显著。结论：针对发热隔离病区军人患者存在的心理问题的心理干预有效。

Psychological Interventions in Soldiers in Isolation Wards for Pyrexia

Objective To explore effects of psychological interventions on psychological problems of soldiers in isolation wards for pyrexia during the spread of SARS. Mwthods SCL-90, SAS and SDA examinations were performed in the segregated 119 patients with fever, in whom 53 with abnormal scores were randomly divided into a psychological intervention group (27 patients) and a control group (26 patients) .The psychological intervention were givens to the intervention group. The patients in both the groups were examined once again by SCL-90 SAS and SDA. The effects of psychological interventions were analysed. Results All the indices of scores of the three scales in each grop at the end of the segregation decreased compared with at the beginning in the segregation. However, many indices of scores of the three scales in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion The psychological interventions are of effects on the psychological problems of the soldiers in isolation wards for pyrexia.
