| 摘 要： | 对四川省某县１５０例脑血管病人随访调查，用ＣＯＸ比例风险模型分析预后影响因素。结果发现，老年人、高血压、高血糖者预后较差，缺血性脑血管病预后优于出血性脑血管病。此外，病人是否遵医嘱出院、出院时病情、住院天数、付费形式等亦是影响农村病人预后的主要因素，说明医疗服务和社会经济因素起着很重要的作用。对此，作者提出了一些针对性的建议。

| Abstract: | 50 patients with Cerebrovascular Disease(CVD)were sampled to a follow-up study from a county inSichuan province.COX proportional hazard model was u-tilized to analyze the effective factor of prognosis.The re-sults was showed that the higher blood pressure,non-nor-mal blood sugar and aged had worse prognosis than theconrtols.Hemorrhage CVD was worse than ischemiaCVD.The other factors such as the sources of medicalpayment.insufficient staying in the hospital were associat-ed to their prognosis. All of these were indicated that thesituation of medical services and the social economical con-dition were playing a very important roles. On the point,there are some suggestions in this paper. |
