中学生健康教育的近期效果及干预策略

本文对一次历时一年的以慢性非传染性疾病为主的中学生健康教育活动进行了近期效果及干预策略的研究，结果表明，干预后健康知识的掌握程度显著提高，男生吸烟率显著下降，初中生和普通校学生对健康信息的接受效果比高中生和重点校学生高，与高血压有关的健康知识是干预的薄弱环节，合理、科学地对一些常见的、简单的干预手段进行组合可以取得事半功倍的效果。

A STUDY ON THE SHORT-TERM EFFECTS OF HEALTH EDUCATION AND INTERVENTION STRATEGY FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

A.1-year period health educution on chronic non-com-municable diseases(stroke,coronary heart diseasc, hyper-tension,and malignant tumor ) was perfomed in middleschool students.The short term effcts of health educationand the intervention strategy were studied.The results in-dicated that the students'hygiene knowledge increased apparently, the cigarette smoking rate in male decreased sig-nificantly,the health education was more acceptable in thejunior students than in the seniors and the acceptance ofthe students in general schools was more than those in keyschools ,The education on hygiene knowledge of hyperten-sion was the weak point in intervention.Adopt a rationalcomprehensive intervention strategy would be more effec-tive.
