| 摘 要： | 目的探讨黄芩的最佳采收期,为规范化种植提供依据。方法测量根长度、根直径、根重,黄芩苷含量测定采用高效液相色谱法。结果在整个生长期内,黄芩植株根重及黄芩苷含量均呈不断增加趋势,到10月上旬均基本达到最大值,此后处于相对稳定的状态。结论10月上旬至土地封冻这段时间应为黄芩的最佳采收时期。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the optimal harvesting time of Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi. Methods The fresh weight of the roots was determined by weighing, the root length, root diameter were determined by measuring, and the baicalin content was determined by HPLC. Results During the growing period of Scutellariae baicalensis Georgi., the root weight and the baicalin content in transplanted ones increased continuously, and reached the climax in the first ten days of October, then maintained at a relative stable status. Conclusion The optimal harvesting time is the period from the first ten days of October to frost. |
