| 摘 要： | 以不同剂量前列腺素 E_2 作用于离体培养兔主动脉平滑肌细胞,观察其对细胞形态、生长性能和代谢的影响。结果显示不同剂量前列腺素 E_2 具有双相作用,即小剂量可促进 DNA 合成和细胞增生,轻度促进脂质过氧化反应,超微损伤较明显,而大剂量明显抑制 DNA 合成,轻度降低过氧化脂质的产生,超微变化轻微。上述所见与以往体内实验结果相一致。

| Abstract: | In this study the effects of different doses of Prostaglandin E_2(PGE_(?))on cul-tured rabbit smooth muscle cells(SMC)were observed by morphological biochemicaland isotope techniques.The results showed that different doses of PGE_2 had bipha-sic function to the smooth muscle cells.When compared with the control group largedose of PGE_2 markedly inhibited ~3H-TdR incorporation and DNA synthesis ofSMC,slightly decreased the production of lipid peroxide and showing no ultrastruc-tural injuries.But PGE_2 in low dose significantly enhanced SMC proliferation,withmore marked ultrastructural changes and the tendency to increase LPO level.It wassuggested that low dose of PGE_2 might accelerate atherosclerosis and PGE_2 in largedose had a protective effect to SMC from exogenous injuries.The above resultswere consistent with previous studies in vivo in our laboratory. |
