| 摘 要： | ①目的 对老年人的血脂与膳食脂肪关系进行探讨。②方法 分A、B两组以频数法调查176例老年人的膳食，并测定其血脂水平，采用单因素方差分析、相关性分析和多元回归分析进行资料处理。③结果 176例老年人的每日膳食能量和膳食脂肪的摄入量均符合RDA标准，其血脂结果也在正常范围之内，但A组的血清胆固醇明显高于B组（P＜0．01）。④结论 即使每日膳食总能量和膳食脂肪的摄入量符合RDA标准，如果膳食脂肪的配比不合理，仍然会对机体产生不利影响。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relation of blood lipid of old men with the dietary fatty class.Methods Separate two groups from 176 old men according to their dietary habit,assay the blood lipid and handle the data with simplex agent analysis, correlation analysis and polyol regression analysis.Result Daily dietary energy and fatty intake of 176 old men were in accord with the RDA standard,and the blood lipid was in normal range,but serum cholesterol of group A was observably high than that of group B(P<0.01).Conclusion If dietary fatty intake class was unsuitability,although daily dietary energy and fatty intake was in accord with the RDA,it was unhealthful too. |
