中晚期肺癌选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗98例临床观察

目的:进一步探讨选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗对肺癌治疗的缓解率和缓解时间.方法:采用选择性支气管动脉灌注方法治疗98例中晚期肺癌患者,随访1年.结果:治疗总有效率为52.0%,中位缓解期为22.8周.小细胞肺癌组和非小细胞肺癌组及临床Ⅱ、Ⅲ_a、Ⅲ_b、Ⅳ期组的缓解率分别为75%,40.9%和68.8%,65.6%、45.9%和15.4%.结论:选择性支气管动脉灌注化疗治疗中晚期肺癌疗效较好,而病理分型和临床分期可能是影响疗效的重要因素.

Evaluation of selective bronchial arterial infusion chemotherapy in treatment of 98 cases of advanced lung can-cer

Objective: To evaluate the response of selective bronchial arterial infusion chemothergy in treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods:Ninty- eight patients with advanced lung cancer received selective bronchial arterial infusion (BAI) during the period January 1994 to May 1997. All the patients were followed up for 1 year. Results:The overall remission rate was 52.0% (medi-an 22.8 weeks). The remission rate of the SCLC, NSCLC and II, ?_(a), ?b. IV team Was 75%, 40.9% and 68.8%, 65.6%, 45.9%, 15.4% respectively.Conclusion:The seletive bronchial arterial infusion chemotherapy is a good treatment method for lung cancer. It is showed that both the pathological classification and the clinical stages might be important factors influencing the effects of BAI in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.
