| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨C-erbB-2癌基因与大肠癌发生、发展的关系.方法:应用S-P免疫组织化学法检测109例大肠癌中C-erbB-2癌基因产物的表达.结果:109例大肠癌中,C-erbB-2阳性表达为53.21%,此阳性表达与肿瘤大体类型无关,而与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关.结论:C-erbB-2癌基因产物的检测对大肠癌的病理诊断和预后判断有一定的参考价值.

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the relationship between the C- erbB- 2 oncogene product and the pathogenisis as well as development of the large intestinal carcinoma. Methods: The expression of C - erbB - 2 oncogene product in 109 large intestinal career surgical specimens was studied by the S- P immunohistochemistry technique. Results: Positive expression of C - erbB - 2 oncogene product was observed obviously in large intestinal carcinoma and positive rate was 53.21% . The C- erbB- 2 positive expression was not related to tumorous naked types. The positive expression was correlated with differentiated degrees, invasion and lymph nodes metastasis of cancer cells. Conclusions: The C-erbB-2 oncogene may be of certain value in pathological diagnosis and prognosis of large intestinal carcinoma. |
