国产氯屈膦酸二钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床观察

目的：评价国产氯屈膦酸二钠治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的疗效及其安全性。方法：将56例伴有骨痛的恶性肿瘤骨转移患者随机分为试药组(国产氯屈膦酸二钠组)和对照组(骨膦组)。结果：止痛有效率试药组为82．8％，对照组为85.2％；活动改善率试验组为65．4％，对照组为66．7％。经统计学处理两组间止痛有效率和活动能力改善率均无显著差异，均毒副作用轻微。结论：国产氯屈膦酸二钠能较好地控制骨转移癌性疼痛，改善活动能力，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Chinical study of clodronate made in china on the pain of metastatic bone cancer

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect and the security of Clodronate made in china to relif the pain of matastatic bone. Methods:Fifty- six patients with the pain of metastatic bone cancer were randomized into two groups. 29 cases were treated with clodronate made in china as the trial group, and 27 cases were treated with Bonefos as the control group. Results: The remission rate of the bone pain was 82.8% in the trial group and 85.2% in the control group (P>0.05), the activity improvment was 65.4% in the trial group and 66.7% in the control group (P>0.05),the toxicity of both groups was mild.Conclusion:Clodronate made in china is effective and safe to metastaic bone cancer and worthy of clinical application.
