| 摘 要： | 目的:通过检测肺癌患者及比较其化疗前后血清IAP水平,观察IAP与肺癌发病及化疗疗效的关系.方法:采用IAP试剂盒,以一元放射免疫琼脂扩散法测定血清IAP值.结果:肺癌患者血清IAP水平较正常对照明显增高,且与肺癌诊断和化疗疗效密切相关.结论:IAP值可作为诊断肺癌的重要标记物,并可评定化疗疗效.

| Abstract: | Objective: Studying the relationship between the serum IAP levels the chemoresponse in the patients with lung can-cer before and after treatment. Methods:the one ?way radioimmunoagar spreadassay with the IAP agent box was used. Results:The serum IAP level in lung cancer patients was significantly higher than those of healthy controls, and it was closely related with may di-agnosis and chemotherapy response of lung cancer. Conclusions: The serum IAP can be used as a useful tumor marker for lung cancer, and its serum level may serve as a standard to appraise the chemoresponse. |
