深圳特区变应性鼻炎的主要过敏原分析

目的分析深圳特区变应性鼻炎的主要过敏原种类。方法在本科门诊就诊的变应性鼻炎患者1613例,采用酶免疫法在MAST过敏原检测系统进行35项变应原特异性IgE（sIgE）的体外检测,分析引起变应性鼻炎发作的主要过敏原。结果1613例变应性鼻炎患者中,有1374例的血清过敏原特异性IgE呈阳性反应,阳性率为85.2%;主要过敏原依次为霉菌类的青霉菌属、芽枝菌属、曲霉菌、交链孢属和屋尘螨、粉尘螨;虾、蟹则为最强的食物性过敏原。结论霉菌和螨是诱发深圳特区变应性鼻炎的主要过敏原,其预防和治疗研究工作应当主要围绕这两类过敏原展开。

Investigation on the antigens responsible for allergic rhinitis occurred in the population of Shenzhen district

Objective To investigate the distributing features of antigens responsible for allergic rhinitis （AR） occurred in the population of Shenzhen district based on a clinical epidemiologic survey. Methods This survey was carried out among 1613 cases with AR and treated in the out-patient clinic of our hospital. The sensitized antigens responsible for their lesion attacking were determined by the procedures of immunoenzymatic assay in a MAST allergen in vitro detecting system with 35 kinds of allergen specific IgE （sIgE） detected in total each time. Then, an analysis was made to explore the main kinds of allergen responsible for AR attacking in the population of Shenzhen district. Results Among these 1613 cases with AR surveyed here, 1 374 samples of serum were shown with positive allergen specific IgE reaction, with a positive rate of 85.2%. The main positive allergens included fungus ones like Penicillium notatum, Pullularia, Aspergillus and cross-linkage Sporothrix among, that of Dermatounphagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides culinae, and some kinds of food allergens, with the strongest ones being that of shrimp and crab. Conclusions The main allergens responsible for AR attacking in the population of Shenzhen district are that of fungus, Dermatounphagoides pteronyssinus and Dermatophagoides culinae, and the program to prevent and treat should be carried out mainly against these two large kinds of allergen.
