摘    要:目的:研究酸奶番茄汁的解酒毒作用及其机制。方法:测定服用酸奶番茄汁前后小鼠翻正反射消失和恢复时间、血清乙醇浓度及小鼠肝、胃细胞匀浆中乙醇脱氢酶的活力变化。结果:酸奶番茄汁可缩短翻正反射恢复时间.降低醉酒小鼠血清乙醇含量,提高肝、胃组织乙醇脱氢酶的活性,且比单用酸奶和番茄汁效果更好。结论:酸奶番茄汁对预防和治疗醉酒有较好的作用,其饥制与增强肝脏对乙醇的生物转化功能及降解乙醇有关。

Experimental study on the effect of yogurt tomato juice on acute alcoholism mouse

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of yogurt tomato juice in treating alcoholism, and explore its mechanism. Methods: The time from fighting reflex disappearing to its recovering, the blood concentration of ethanol and the activity of alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) in liver and stomach homogenate were examined in mice with acute alcoholism. Results: Yo- gurt tomato juice shortened the recovering time of righting reflex, decreased the blood concentration of alcohol, and im- proved the activity of ADH in liver and stomach homogenate. Conclusion: Yogurt tomato juice has a good effect in pre- venting and treating alcoholism, its mechanism may be related with the increase of alcohol biotransformation and alcohol degradation in liver.
