风湿性心脏病患者外周血 CD3+CD4+T 淋巴细胞与 hs-CRP、IL-6表达的变化及意义

目的：探讨风湿性心脏病患者外周血CD3+CD4+T淋巴细胞表达与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及 IL-6的水平和意义。方法风湿性心脏病患者38例,健康者37例(对照),采用流式细胞术检测风湿性心脏病患者外周血 CD3+ CD4+ T 淋巴细胞表达水平,ELISA 测定 hs-CRP 和 IL-6的水平。结果风湿性心脏病患者外周血 CD3+ CD4+ T 淋巴细胞表达水平明显高于健康者(P <0.05)。风湿性心脏病患者外周血 hs-CRP 及 IL-6水平明显高于健康者(P <0.05)。风湿性心脏病患者外周血 CD3+CD4+ T 淋巴细胞表达水平与外周血 hs-CRP、IL-6呈正相关关系(P <0.01)。结论CD3+ CD4+ T 淋巴细胞表达增高与风湿性心脏病的发病有关；风湿性心脏病患者外周血 CD3+ CD4+ T 淋巴细胞表达增高影响 hs-CRP 及 IL-6,参与风湿性心脏病的发病。

The expression and clinical significance of CD3 + CD4 + T lymphocytes and hs-CRP and IL-6 in peripheral blood of rheumatic heart disease patients

Objective To find out the changes of CD3+CD4+T lymphocytes,hs-CRP and IL-6 in peripheral blood of the rheumatic heart disease (RHD)patients and to discover the relationship between the hs-CRP and IL-6.Methods The proportion of CD3 + CD4 + T lymphocytes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs)from 38 patients with RHD and 37 healthy peoples were analyzed by Flow cytometry.Concentration of hs-CRP and IL-6 in serum from the same sample were tested the by ELISA.Results Compared with the healthy peoples,the proportion of CD3 + CD4 + T lymphocytes and the serum concentration of hs-CRP and IL-6 were dincreased obviously in patients with RHD all(P <0.05).And the proportion of CD3 + CD4 + T lymphocytes were positive cor-related with the concentration of hs-CRP and IL-6 in RHD patients (P <0.01 ).Conclusion The increased expression of CD3 +CD4 + T lymphocytes may be associated with the pathogenesis of RHD that may affect the serum concentration of hs-CRP and IL-6 in RHD patients.
