| 摘 要： | 目的观察脾胃湿热证的舌象、舌苔脱落细胞的结构。方法以慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者为对象,同脾胃气虚和健康人为对照,采用舌象、舌印片脱落细胞成熟指数、成熟价值为指标进行研究。结果脾胃湿热证舌象以红舌黄腻苔为主,舌印片MI、MV变化以红舌和黄腻苔最明显。结论舌象能反应脾胃虚实证候,舌印片MI、MV与舌象形成有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe of tongue demonstration and its cast off cells on chronic gastritis patients with splenogastric hygropyrexia.Methods The patients were diagnosed as chronic superficial gastritis with splenogastric hygropyrexia in TCM,compared tongue demonstration,MI,MV with the patients with Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency and the healthy persons.Results The tongue coating of patients with splenogastric hygropyrexia mainly showed red tongue body with yellow-greasy coating,so the same results on the main changes of MI and MV.Conclusion The tongue demonstration could reflect the deficiency and splenogastric hygropyrexia,and the MI and MV are related with the formation of tongue demonstration. |
