摘    要:目的:观察复合树脂预热和表面封闭剂对充填体边缘微渗漏的影响。方法:40个新鲜离体前磨牙随机分为四组:①、预温树脂组;②、常温树脂加表面封闭剂组;③、预温树脂加表面封闭剂组;④、空白对照组;进行备洞充填后标本经温度循环、品红染色、近远中向连续切片,在显微镜下观察染料渗透情况。结果:充填体边缘微渗漏情况4组与1、2、3组间,1、3组间及2、3组间均有统计学差异(P〈0.05),但1、2组间无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论:应用预温树脂充填及表面封闭剂处理均可减轻复合树脂充填后边缘微渗漏情况,二者联合应用或许可取得良好的临床效果。

Effect of Preheated Composites and Surface Sealers on the Marginal Permeability of Composite Resin Filling

Abstract:Objective:To observe the Effect of preheated composites and surface sealants on the marginal permeability of composite resin filling. Methods:40 fresh extracted premolar were randomly divided into four groups before Cavity was prepared and filled with resin: 1 ,room temperature group; 2,room temperature resin plus surface sealer group; 3 ,preheated resin plus surface sealer group; 4, blank control group;After thermocycling, all teath were immersed in basic fuchsine solution.Each sample was then sectioned longitudi- nally into 3 pieces in a mesio-distal direction. Dye pentrations were examined under stereomicroscope.Results:Group 1,2 and 3 showed lower microleakage than group 4.And there were statistically significant(P 〈0.05 )between groups 1,3 and 2,3 .but there was no statis- tically difference (P〉 0.05 )between the group 1 and 2.Conclusions: Preheated resin filling and surface sealer treatment may reduce the marginal microleakage .Combined application are expected to obtain better clinical results.
