摘 要: | 目的:考察葡萄糖注射液与多种微量元素注射液配伍的稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量变化,同时观察和检测配伍液的外观、pH值、葡萄糖含量及不溶性微粒变化。结果:室温8h内配伍液外观、pH值、葡萄糖含量及不溶性微粒,5-羟甲基糠醛含量均无明显变化。结论:葡萄糖注射液与多种微量元素注射液配伍后于室温下8h内可使用。

Abstract: | Objective To study the stability of Glucose injection with Multi-trace elements Injection. Method:The content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural were determined at different time by HPLC ; the appearance of the solution was observed, its pH value, the content of glueose and part'iculate matter was determined. Re- suits : No signifyeant differences were noted for the mixture in con- tents, appearance, pH value and particulate matter within 8 hours af- ter mixing. Conduslon:The mixture of Glucose iniection and Muhi-trace elements iniection can be mixed to use within 8h under room temperature. |
