64-VCT血管成像在冠状动脉狭窄诊断中的应用价值

目的：探讨64-VCT血管成像（CTA）在急性冠状动脉综合~（Acs）诊断中的应用价值。方法：对比分析我院70例经CTA和冠状动脉造影诊断的ACS患者，以冠状动脉造影结果作为“金标准”，评价CTA检测的敏感度，特异度，阳性预测值与阴性预测值。结果：CTA检查的敏感性89％，特异性90％，阳性预测值80％，阴性预测值99％。结论：CTA检查冠状动脉狭窄具有较高的敏感度和特异度高，简单方便，可作为ACS患者检查的常规项目。

Study on the Value of 64-VCT Computer Tomographic Angiograph in Coronary Artery Stenosis

Objective： To investigate the applicant of computer tomographic angiograph（CTA ）with 64-VCT in the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. Methods：comparative analysis of 70 cases were diagnosed by CTA and coronary angiography, the results of coro- nary angiography as a＂gold standard＂, And evaluation the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CTA detection. Results ：The sensitivity, specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of CTA examinations were 89%, 90%, 80% and 99% respectively. Conclusion：CTA examination of coronary artery stenosis with high sensitivity and high speci- ficity, simple and convenient, and can be used for routine inspection of the project with ACS.
