枸杞中微量元素的测定

摘    要:目的:了解枸杞中微量元素的组成及含量。方法:枸杞经处理后,采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法和石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法检测。结果:对枸杞中13种元素进行检测,13种元素的含量分别是(μg/g)锌56.056、铁61.230、铜9.471、锰14.408、锶31.533、锂0.690、镍1.095、钼0.339、钴0.091、锗0.671、钒0.245、铅0.610、镉0.030。结论:枸杞中必需的微量元素含量丰富,这可能是枸杞延缓衰老、增强免疫力的重要原因之一。

Abstract:Objective:To study the contents of trace elements in Frutus lycii.Methods:Using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry to determine the contents.Results:The Contents of trace elements are respectively as follow,Zn(μg/g) 56.056、Fe 61.230、Cu 9.471、Mn 14.408、Sr 31.533、Li 0.690、Co 0.106、Mo 0.256、Ge 0.544、Ni 1.037、V 0.430、Pb 0.721、Cd 0.033.Conclusions: Frutus Lycii is rich in essential trace elements,which is one of the important reason that explains the ability of the Frutus Lycii on preventing aging and enhancing the immunity.
