摘    要:目的:采用新的消解方法测定海产品中的汞。方法:利用微波消解冷原子吸收法。结果:优化微波消解条件,标准曲线相关系数为0.999,相对标准偏差为3.6%,平均回收率85%-105%。结论:该方法准确度和精密度良好,是一种简便、快速、可行的测定海产品中汞的方法。

Abstract:Objective:To use neotype digestion device to digest marine products and then determine mercury.Methods:After microwave digestion,we determine mercury in marine products by cold atomic absorption method.Results:The correlation coefficient was 0.999,RSD was 3.6%,the average recovery rate of mercury was 85%~105%.Conclusion:The method has good accuracy and precision.It's a fast,simple and feasible method for analyzing marine products.
