| 摘 要： | 目的探讨有上腹部手术史患者的腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)的可行性、安全性。方法回顾性分析24例有上腹部手术史患者的腹腔镜胆囊切除术，并就操作技巧进行探讨。结果完成LC21例，中转开腹手术切除(OC)3例，全部患者治愈，无并发症。结论LC对既往有上腹部手术者是安全和可行的，术者需有较高要求的腹腔镜操作技术及经验。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the possibility and safety of laparo scopic cholecystectomy (LC) for the patients who had the history of operation in upper-abdomen. Methods Retrospectively studied 24 cases data, and investigated the operation skill. Results 21 cases had by LC, and 3 cases had open cholecys tectomy (OC). All recovered and had no side effect. Conclusion LC is feasible a nd safe for the patients who had the history of operation in upper-abdomen. The operator is required to have good skill and experience for laparoscopic technique. |
