| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重型颅脑损伤后昏迷患者的有效促醒及护理。方法 采用促醒药物、高压氧治疗、冰片溶液气道雾化、肢体保持功能位、应用音乐疗法等治疗和护理。结果 6 4例颅脑损伤昏迷患者 ,经治疗后痊愈 8例 (占 12 .5 % ) ;显效 2 8例 (占 4 3.8% ) ;有效 10例 (占 15 .6 % ) ;无效 18例 (占 2 8.1% )。结论 综合治疗及护理对颅脑损伤后昏迷患者具有一定促醒作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the awaking and nursing of comatose patients with serious craniocerebral injury.Methods Awaking medicine,hyperbaric oxygenation,aerosol inhalation of borneal solution,keeping function position of limbs and musical therapy were used in treatment and nursing.Results Among 64 cases,there were 8 cases recovered( 12.5 % ),obvious effect in 28 cases(43.8 %),effect in 10 cases(15.6 %) and no effect in 18 cases(28.1 %).Conclusion General treatment and nursing have awaking effect on comatose patients with craniocerebral injury. |
