| Abstract: | We report a 68-year-old man with renal cell carcinoma in a horseshoe kidney. Abdominal computed tomography revealed a left renal tumor in a horseshoe kidney, and we carried out left radical nephrectomy. Histopathological diagnosis was renal cell carcinoma. Only 19 cases of renal cell carcinoma in a horseshoe kidney have been reported in Japan, and our case was the 20th. |
