| 摘 要： | 目的总结62例胸部损伤的诊断治疗经验，着重讨论诊断方法、手术方式及并发症的处理。方法62例均剖胸探查，同期有40例剖腹手术，其他系统损伤28例，手术22例。结果并发休克28例，呼吸功能不全8例，治愈57例，死亡5例。结论胸部多发损伤，尤其是合并腹部脏器的损伤，降低死亡率的关键在于及时诊断，掌握好手术时机和重视并发症的防治。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the experience of diagnosis and surgery therapy in 62 patients of thoracic injury with multiple injuries, and to discuss some questions such as diagnosis, operative procedure and the treatment of some complications. Methods Thoracotomy was performed on 62 cases, while laparotomy was performed on 40 cases, and other operations 22. Results 28 cases developed traumatic shock, 8 cases developed ARDS. 57 of all were discharged, hospital death 5 cases. Conclusions Diagnosing and operating on time are key-factor that influence result of treatment of thoracic injury with multiple injuries, specially associated with abdominal injury. Prevention and treatment of complications may effectively decrease the mortality in hospital. |
