甘南藏区育龄妇女生殖健康现状调查分析

目的:了解甘肃省甘南藏族地区已婚育龄妇女生殖健康知识的掌握程度及生殖保健行为,以提高妇女生殖健康水平。方法:在甘南州8个县市采用随机抽样法,抽取6 800人进行问卷调查。采用妇科检查和实验室检查的方法对其中2 693人进行妇科疾病检查。结果:有效问卷5 667份,调查对象对生殖健康知识总知晓率不高,由于生殖健康知识方面的缺失,导致了生殖保健行为缺失,使49.7%的妇女没有自觉的医疗行为,有37.3%的妇女由于贫困有病不愿就医,实验室检查有26.3%的妇女患有乳腺病和其他妇科疾病,其中妇科感染(10.03%)和乳腺疾病(3.97%)为影响藏区妇女生殖系统健康的主要疾病。结论:加强民族教育、提升文化知识层次,对藏区育龄妇女进行生殖健康宣传和教育,是保证和提高健康知识知晓率和健康医疗行为的前提。

Current Status of Reproductive Health among Married Women of Reproductive Age in Gannan Ti-bet Autonomous Region of Gansu Province

Objective： To explore the knowledge, awareness and practice of reproductive health among the married women of reproductive age in Gannan Tibet Autonomous Region of Gansu Province in order to promote women＇s reproductive health. Methods： A total of 6 800 women were enrolled with a method of random sampling in 8 counties of Gannan Tibet Autonomous Prefecture. A questionnaire survey as well as the pelvic and laboratory examination were conducted on 2 693 women. Results ： The questionnaire information of 5 667 women were valid. The women in the present study had low level of knowledge and awareness of reproductive health with the result that 49.7% of the women could not seek medical attention actively. A total of 37.3% of the women would not like to seek medical attention due to poverty. A total of 26.3% of the women had the breast and other gynecologic diseases. Gynecological infectious （10.03%） and breast diseases （3.97%） were the most common diseases impairing the health of reproductive system of the women in Gannan Tibet Autonomous Region. Conclusion ： To strengthen the propaganda and education of reproductive health for the married women of reproductive age in Gannan Tibet Autonomous Region is a precondition for improving their knowledge and awareness as well as promoting them to seek medical attention.
