MNNG诱发大鼠腺胃粘膜癌变过程的形态定量研究

目的：探索大鼠腺胃正常粘膜与异型增生和腺癌的形态定量参数指标，探讨大鼠实验性胃癌与人类胃癌形态变化的异同性。方法：利用HPIAS－1000型图象分析系统对大鼠腺胃正常粘膜与由MNNG诱发粘膜异型增生及腺癌进行形态定量研究。结果：大鼠腺胃粘膜与不典型增生细胞核八项形态定量指标经统计学处理比较：其中核面积，核周长，核等效直径，核体积，核长径，核形状因子六项指标（P＜0．01）；核短径、核长短径比（P＞0．05）差异无显著性。大鼠腺胃异型增生与腺癌细胞核八项形态定量指标比较，核面积，核周长，核等效直径，核体积，核长径，核形状因子六项形态定量参数指标差异有高度显著性。结论：大鼠腺胃粘膜癌变与人类胃粘膜癌变有同样的形态学改变过程。

Morphometric Parameters of Gastric Mucosa of Rats in the Process of Malignant Change Induced by MNNG

Aim:To study the morphometric parameters of the glandular stomach cells of experimental rats in normal, dysplastic, and cancerous states and to compare the malignant processes of gastric mucosa in rats and human being. Methods:HPIAS-1000 Image Analysis System was employed for morphometric study. Specimens of gastric dysplasia and of gastric carcinoma were obtained from experimental rats pretreated with MNNG, a potent mutagen and oncogene. 8 morphometric parameters of nucleus were investigated, including area (A),perimeter (P), equivalent diameter (Ed), volume (V),long diameter(Ld), regular form factor (Rff), short diameter(Sd) ratio of long diameter to short diameter of the nucleus (L/S). Results:Highly significant differences were noted in the following 6 parameters:A,P,Ed,V,Ld,and Rff(P<0.01),and no significant difference in Sd and L/S(P>0.05). Conclusions:The man and rats showed similar morphometric change from normal to dysplasia, and from dysplasia to gastric cancer.
