| 摘 要： | 目的通过患侧上肢功能锻炼，恢复患侧上肢功能，提高生活质量，增强治疗疾病的信心。方法应用心理护理，向心性按摩，完整的功能锻炼操。结果80例患者功能锻炼总有效率为98．8％，患者由抑郁抵触心理变为开朗积极配合治疗。结论术后进行患侧上肢功能锻炼非常必要。

| Abstract: | Objective Lateral upper extremity functional training will keep the restoration of the affected upper limb function, improve the quality of life, and enhance confidence in the treatment of disease. Methods Psychological nursing, cardiac massage, complete functional training exercises. Result Total effective rate of 80 cases of patients with functional exercise was 98.8%, the patients became active from depression and cooperated with the treatment. Conclusion It is necessary to conduct affected lateral upper limb functional training after operation. |
