| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍重型颅脑损伤围手术期治疗进展。方法 根据统计资料。结果 我国部分城市因意外创伤而死亡的病例中40—60％因颅脑创伤所致，而幸存者中仍有相当一部分存在不同程度的躯体乃至精神上障碍，更有一部分伤者处于持续植物状态。结论 重型颅脑损伤围手术期的治疗往往是决定治疗成效的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce the development of peroperative treatment of severe head injury.Methods:Basis of statistical data.Results:The death of accidental injury was caused by severe head injury(40-60 percent)in part of cities,the sarvival had the different obstruction of body and psychic,and the part of patient was durative botanic estate.Conclusion:The peroperative treatment of severe head injury was important to the patient. |
