应变率成像对照冠脉造影评价冠脉狭窄动物模型

摘    要:目的:探讨应变率成像技术评估冠心病心肌受损程度的价值。方法:18只家兔开胸,不全结扎左前降支,造成左前降支狭窄≥50%。1个月后行超声检查,图像存盘,测量收缩期峰值应变率(SRs)、舒张早期峰值应变率(SRe)、舒张晚期峰值应变率(SRa),结果与冠脉造影结果比较。结果:狭窄程度在20%-30%的家兔SRs、SRe减小,但减小不显著,SRa无明显变化。狭窄程度在75%-90%的家兔SRs、SRe明显减小,SRa亦减小,但减小幅度不大。狭窄程度为100%的家兔SRs、SRe及SRa均明显减小,SRs减低较狭窄程度75%-90%组更为明显,SRe则无差异。结论:应变率成像能准确地评估冠心病心肌受损程度,在冠心病诊断中具有重要价值。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the value of strain rate imaging(SRI) in evaluating the ventricular lesion degree in coronary artery disease.Methods: Myocardial ischemia models were established by occluding left anterior descending(LAD) of coronary artery partially(≥50%) in 18 rabbits.Echocardiography was performed for all the rabbits after 30 days.Data were stored and peak strain rate parameters as peak systolic strain rate(SRs),peak early diastolic strain rate(SRe) and peak late diastolic strain rate(SRa) were measured.Results: SRs and SRe of the rabbits with 20%-30% stenosis of LAD were not obviously lower than before stenosis,and SRa had no changes.SRs and SRe of the rabbits with 75%-90% stenosis of LAD were obviously lower than before stenosis,and SRa decreased unremarkably.SRs,SRe and SRa of the rabbits with 100% stenosis of LAD were obviously lower than those before operation,and SRs was even lower than that of 75%-90% stenosis group,while no difference were revealed in SRe.Conclusion: SRI can accurately assess the lesion degree of ventricular wall,which is important in diagnosing coronary artery disease.
