肥胖对PCOS血清白介素-6表达的影响

目的：研究IL-6在肥胖与PCOS发病机制中的作用。方法：分别选择20例PCOS肥胖患者、非肥胖PCOS患者、肥胖对照患者及非肥胖对照患者,记录临床特征,检测血清生殖激素及血清IL-6。结果：IL-6浓度在不肥胖且非PCOS、肥胖但非PCOS、PCOS非肥胖、PCOS且肥胖女性的血清中依次显著升高。结论：肥胖和PCOS都与血清高水平IL-6相关,IL-6既能够参与肥胖的病理生理过程,也能够参与PCOS的病理生理过程。肥胖加重PCOS血清白介素-6的表达。

Effect of obesity on the expression of serum IL-6 in PCOS

Objective：To investigate the role of IL-6 in the pathophysiology of obesity and polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods：20 cases of obese PCOS women,non-obese PCOS women,obese control women and non-obese control women were respectively selected. The clinical characteristics were recorded,the reproductive hormone and serum IL-6 were measured. Results：The level of IL-6 in the serum was increased in order among the subjects of non-obesity non-PCOS,obesity but non-PCOS,PCOS but non-obesity and PCOS and obesity. Conclusion：Both obesity and PCOS are related to the serum IL-6 level. IL-6 plays a certain role in the pathophysiology of obesity and PCOS. Obesity increases the expression of serum IL-6 in PCOS.
