| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨阿霉素对细胞凋亡的影响。②方法用低剂量(3.25μg)阿霉素处理经S-180瘤细胞腹腔接种的BABL/C鼠,0~72h取腹水,用流式细胞仪测定细胞DNA相对含量。③结果阿霉素处理0,24,48,72h后,凋亡细胞分别占0.5%,8.3%,38.1%,62.5%,72h后凋亡达到高峰。并在S-180瘤细胞接种鼠腹水中出现依时间递增的淋巴细胞。④结论阿霉素对S-180瘤细胞是一个好的凋亡诱导剂。细胞凋亡数越多,腹水中淋巴细胞增加越多。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the induction effect of adriamycin on apoptosis of rat S-180 cells. Method BABL/C mice were inoculated with S-180 cells and low dosage of adriamycin was injected into the abdomen of the inoculated mice. After different time of adriamycin injection, S-180 cells were drawen from the abdominal cavity of the mice and analyzed by flow cytometer for DNA content. Result The apoptosis of S-180 cells were about 0. 5%, 8.3%, 38. 1% and 62. 5% respectively at 0, 24, 48 and 72 hrs after adriamycin administration. There was an increase of lymphocyte in the rat abdomen along with the time during adri-amycin induction. Conclusion Adriamycin is a good apoptosis inducer for S-180 cell line. |
