| 摘 要： | 目的了解焦炉工血清中肺癌标记物CA50、ACTH水平及其在肺癌早期诊断中的意义,为相关职业防护提供依据。方法以观察组200例、对照组79例为研究对象,采用放射免疫法检测其血清中CA50、ACTH水平。结果血清中CA50水平观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）,并且有随着接触工龄的增长而升高的趋势;血清中ACTH的水平未见明显改变。结论血清标记物CA50对高危职业人群发生肺癌的危险性分析具有一定的意义。
