| Abstract: | This article discusses that pharmaceutical enterprises should introduce the humanistic management into the practice of GMP, including enhancement of the humanistic management sense as far as leading cadres are concerned, improvement in the function of encouragement, cultivation of the team spirit, perfection of the training system and development of the enterprise culture in order to meet the needs in carrying out GMP. |
