| 摘 要： | 目的:分析总结胫骨平台骨折的内固定手术策略。方法:采用Schatzker分型,对59例不同类型的胫骨平台骨折患者,用螺钉、单侧钢板、双侧钢板、LISS内固定治疗。结果:经6个月~4年随访,平均28个月,骨折均愈合。参照Rasmussen评分标准,术后6个月优良率81.4%,术后1年优良率86.4%。结论:手术切开解剖复位、牢靠内固定是治疗胫骨平台骨折的有效方法,对不同类型的胫骨平台骨折采用个体化治疗方法,是提高疗效的关键。
