| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨COPD患者急性发作期甲状腺激素水平的变化及临床意义。方法:应用免疫化学发光法对156例COPD患者和102例健康者进行甲状腺激素水平的检测并对数据进行分析。结果:COPD缓解期患者甲状腺激素水平与对照组比较,差异无显著性。急性发作期患者甲状腺激素TT3、FT3、TT4、FT4和TSH水平与对照组比较均降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05),缓解期患者与急性发作期患者比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:COPD患者急性发作时,血清甲状腺激素水平出现异常,其甲状腺激素水平高、低与COPD患者严重性、病情进展和预后有一定关系。
