| 摘 要： | 目的:随着CT增强检查的广泛开展,碘对比剂的应用增多,针对有过敏史者在注射对比剂前使用地塞米松预防不良反应的效果进行探讨研究。方法:选择2009年1月至2010年12月间在我院进行CT检查中有过敏史者800例。随机分为试验组400例和对照组400例。地塞米松预防注射对比方法:试验组患者于检查前5min地塞米松10mg+生理盐水4ml静脉推注;对照组直接注射对比剂,观察两组患者注射对比剂后发生不良反应的程度。结果:两组患者中试验组患者注射对比剂后发生轻度不良反应为2例,预防不良反应的有效率为99.50%;对照组患者注射对比剂后发生不良反应为37例,有效率为90.75%。两组比较有显著差异,有统计学意义(x2=33.01,P<0.05)。结论:通过临床观察,针对有过敏史者在注射对比剂前使用地塞米松预防不良反应发生是有效的,既能减少对比剂所产生的不良反应,又避免了滥用地塞米松及减少其不良反应发生的概率。
