| 摘 要： | 转录因子FoxM1是Forkhead Box转录因子家族成员之一,与细胞增殖、胚胎发育、衰老、再生和肿瘤等许多病理生理过程密切相关。目前发现,在人类大多数肿瘤中FoxM1都具有较高的表达水平。并且,FoxM1与多种致瘤信号途径相关。FoxM1在细胞中的特殊功能以及与肿瘤的密切关系,使之成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

| Abstract: | FoxM1 belongs to the Forkhead transcription factor family.FoxM1 plays important roles in the control of cellular proliferation,embryonic development,senescence,regeneration,and tumor progression.FoxM1 highly expresses in most of human tumors and is related to multiple oncogenic pathways.FoxM1 may be considered as a novel therapeutic target for cancer treatment due to its functions that correlate with tumors. |
