| 摘 要： | 目的 通过研究超声引导下微波对离体猪肾的凝固作用,为超声引导下微波凝固治疗肾脏病变的可行性及安全性提供依据.方法 在超声引导下,采用KY-2000型微波治疗仪和水循环内冷式微波天线以不同作用功率、时间对离体猪肾进行微波凝固,观察微波凝固过程,分析凝固灶范围与功率和时间的关系.结果 超声可清晰显示微波针在肾实质内的位置....
