| 摘 要： | 用自旋捕捉与自旋标记电子顺磁共振法研究发现海风藤酮及其类似物３５９－１１均有一定的抗氧化能力。对人红细胞膜的氧化性损伤有相当程度的保护作用，并与其结构有关。海风藤酮的作用强于３５９－１１。

STUDY ON ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVITIES OF LIGNANS,KADSURENONE AND BURCHLLIN |

| Abstract: | The antioxidant activities of lignans, kadsurenone and its analogue
burchllin(359-11 )were investigated by using spin trapping and spin
labelling ESR techniques.The results indicate that both compounds
could scavenge active oxygen radicals,and protect human red blood
cell membrane from oxidative damage.Their effects depend on their
structures.The antioxidant activities of kadsurenone were stronger
than those of burchllin. |
