| 摘 要： | 应用McAb-A-E花环法和形态学方法对60例病毒性肝炎患者进行了T细胞亚群和淋巴细胞转化率测定。结果表明:病毒性肝炎患者CD_4~ 显著低于正常对照组,CD_8~ 显著高于正常对照组,CD_4~ /CD_8~ 比例明显失调,且以急性肝炎和CAH为著;急性肝炎和CAH的淋巴细胞转化率亦较正常对照组明显降低。认为病毒性肝炎患者体内存在着细胞免疫功能紊乱。

| Abstract: | Medical cellege T Cell subsets and Lymphocyte transformation rate were determined in 60 cases of viral hepatitis by McAb-A-E rosette method and morphological method respectively.
The results showed that CD4 in patients with viral hepatitis was significantly lower than that of the control and CD8 was significantly higher. The ratio of CD4 /CD3 was obviously out of balance, especially in acute hepatitis and chronic active hepatitis (CAH). The lymphocyte transformation rate in acute hepatitis and CAH was significantly lower that the patients with virat hepatitis have disordered functions of cell immunity. |
