临床医学专业课程双语教学模式探析

摘    要:目的了解医学本科生对双语教学的理解和需求,提高双语教学水平。方法采用自行设计的问卷随机抽样调查450名大学三年级至五年级的学生。对23名各教研室中青年教学骨干开展双语教学培训。结果双语教学能为大多数学生接受,提倡早期理论课阶段即开展双语教学并采用循序渐进的教学组织形式。培训后各教师都能够用英语教授本学科的课程,都能够完成英文病历书写和临床病例讨论。结论要使双语教学达到良好的效果,教师及学生应当共同努力。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the understanding and needs of clinical medical undergraduates for bilingual teaching and to raise the teachers' level in bilingual teaching. Methods There were 450 clinical medical undergraduates selected to respond the questionnaire. 23 young teachers of different departments were chosen to be trained to improve the bilingual teaching abilities. Results Bilingual teaching was received by most clinical medical undergraduates and was advocated to begin in early medical theory studying period. The medical knowledge learned by bilingual teaching could be more and more gradual. All the teachers could afford to teach the subject in their specialty and to finish medical documents and clinical case discussion in English after the training. Conclusion It needs teachers' and students' efforts in order to a-chieve better effect of bilingual teaching.
