紫外线联合中药内服治疗血虚风燥型银屑病随机对照观察

摘    要:目的]观察紫外线联合中药内服治疗血虚风燥型银屑病的临床疗效。方法]将108例血虚风燥型银屑病者,且按照1:1:1比例随机分为联合组、中药内服组和紫外线组(每组36例)。紫外线组采用UV 100 L紫外线治疗仪进行全身照射,中药内服组采用中药汤剂内服,联合组采取紫外线照射治疗和中药内服治疗。治疗4个疗程(8周)判定疗效。结果]联合组总有效率、临床受益率分别高于中药内服组和紫外线组,而半年后复发率低于中药内服组和紫外线组;治疗后联合组患者PASI评分和瘙痒量化评分优于中药内服组、紫外线组。结论]紫外线联合中药内服治疗血虚风燥型银屑病临床疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective] To observe the ultraviolet combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treating blood-deficiency wind-attack psoriasis clinical curative effect.Methods] 108 cases of blood-deficiency windattack psoriasis,and in accordance with the 1 :1 :1 ratio were randomly divided into a combined group,Chinese medicine group and UV group(36 cases each).Ultraviolet group using UV 100 L ultraviolet therapy instrument for total body irradiation,Chinese medicine group using decoction of traditional Chinese medicine taken orally,combined group take ultraviolet irradiation for the treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.After 4 courses of treatment(8 weeks) to judge the curative effect.Results] The total efficiency of the joint group,clinical benefit rates were higher than traditional Chinese medicine group and UV group,and half a year after the relapse rate is lower than traditional Chinese medicine group and UV group;group of patients after treatment with PASI score and pruritus quantification score better than the Chinese medicine group,UV group.Conclusion] ultraviolet combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treating blood-deficiency windattack psoriasis clinical curative effect.
