基层医院社区护理工作中的不足及对策

本研究从实际出发,阐述了基层医院社区护理工作开展过程中存在的不足,对比了社区护理与医院护理的不同,指出需要社区护理所面向人群的特点,在医院护理的基础上为社区护理工作增加新的内涵。最后本文尝试性地提出了解决办法：首先,医院需要将自身与社区、妇幼、疾控各部分有机结合,形成一个完善的网络化管理体系;其次,通过培训提高社区护理人员的专业技能和综合素质水平;最后根据社区护理的特点制定护理工作的相关制度。

Analysis of the Main Deficiency and Countermeasures of the Community Nursing Service of Basic-level Hospital

This paper expounded the problems encountered in developing the community nursing service in basic - lev- el hospital combining with the actual situation, then compared the difference between community nursing and hospital nursing services, pointing out that based on the hospital nursing, the new concept should be added into community nursing service, and finally put forward solutions tentatively that first, integrate hospital, community care, maternal - child health and disease control to form a more perfect network management system. Secondly, improve the professional skills and comprehensive quality through training. At last, make a reasonable work system about nursing service according to the characteristics of community care service.
