乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的临床对照研究

目的研究乳腺癌改良根治术后引流加包扎是否优于单纯的负压引流，及影响乳腺癌改良根治术后皮下积液的影响因素。方法选取100例乳腺癌患者，随机分为单纯负压引流组（实验组）及负压引流加包扎组（对照组），每组各50例。均作保留胸大小肌乳腺癌改良根治术（Auohineloss术式）。记录病人年龄、BMI、肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况、手术切口、引流情况及拔除引流管的时间及拔除引流管后出现积液的情况。引流管为腹腔硅胶引流管分别为腋窝26号，胸壁22号。结果两组患者的术后发生积液的差异无统计学意义（x^2=0．0884，P=0．7662〉0．05）。但积液患者与无积液患者的BMI差异有明显统计学意义（P=0．009〈0．01）。结论两种引流方法各有优缺点。对切口有张力患者可适当加压。

Clinical Study of Subeutaneous Fluid Accumulation after Modified Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer
