Terson综合征玻璃体切割手术治疗的临床分析

目的 探讨Terson综合征(TS)行玻璃体切割手术治疗的疗效.方法 回顾分析5例(8眼)采用玻璃体切割手术进行治疗的TS患者,总结手术时机、方法、并发症、预后情况等.结果 随访6-12个月,8眼术后玻璃体腔清晰,7眼视网膜平伏,1眼发生术后视网膜脱离,经再次手术视网膜复位.术后视力均明显提高,平均视力恢复至0.5.结论 玻璃体切割手术是治疗TS有效的方法.不仅能提高患者的视力,而且减少并发症的发生.

Vitrectomy for treatment of Terson syndrome

Objective To study and assess the effect of vitrectomy for Terson syndrome.Methods A retrospective study of 5 patients(8 eyes) diagnosed as Terson syndrome were treated by vitrectomy.The time,methods,complications and prognosis of the operation were analyzed.Results Patients were followed up for 6-12months.After operation,there were 8 eyes of clear vitreous,7 eyes of flat retina,1 eye of retinal detachment,but it obtained reattachment after operation.The visual acuity improved in all cases.The average visua...
