女性哮喘患者配偶的心理状况调查

目的了解女性哮喘患者配偶的心理健康状况。方法用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对150例女性患者配偶进行调查。结果女性患者配偶的SCL-90各因子分明显高于常人,尤在强迫、敌对、抑郁、人际关系、偏执项目评分为著。低文化组SCL-90因子分高于高文化组,农村组高于城市组。结论女性哮喘患者配偶心理健康水平下降,应注意加强心理疏导和咨询工作。

SURVEY OF MENTAL STATUS FOR 150 FEMALE ASTHMATIC''''S SPOUSES

Ojective To explore the mental status for female asthmatic's spouses.Methods SCL-90 scale was used to measure mental status for 150 female asthmatic's spouses.Results Factors scores of SCL-90 were higher than control groups and they needed psycho-education.especially on obsessive-compulsive symptoms,hostility,depression,interpersonal relationship,paranoid factors.SCI-90 factor scores were higher in low educated group than in high-educated group and in the county group than in the city group.Conclusion mental health level was lower in asthmatic's spouses groups.
