马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合微波理疗治疗炎性外痔56例疗效观察

为观察马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合微波理疗治疗炎性外痔的临床疗效，将166例炎性外痔患者随机分为治疗组56例、对照1组58例和对照2组52例。治疗组采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂结合微波理疗治疗；对照1组采用马应龙麝香痔疮膏外涂治疗；对照2组采用微波理疗治疗；将3组疗效进行观察对照。结果显示，治疗组总有效率为96．4％，明显高于对照1组（79．3％）和对照2组（80．8％）（P〈0．05）；治疗组在缓解疼痛、促进水肿吸收方面均明显优于两对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合微波理疗治疗炎性外痔疗效显著，有协同作用。

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of MaYinglong Musk Hemorrhoidal Ointment Associated with Microwave Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Inflammatory External Hemorrhoids of 56 Cases

The objective of the study was to observe therapeutic efficacy of the combined therapy of MaYinglong musk hemorrhoidal ointment associated with microwave physiotherapy in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids. One hundred and sixty six patients with this diseae were randomized into study group（ n =56）, control group 1 （ n = 58） and control group 2 （ n = 52）. Patients in the study group received the combined therapy, patients in control group 1 received MaYinglong ointment, and patients in control group 2 received microwave,and compared the therapeutic efficacy of three groups. As results,the general improvement rate in the study group was 96. 4%, markedly higher than that in the two control groups （79.3% ,80.8%）（ P 〈0.05）,and the aspects of pain relief and edema subside were better in the study group （ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that the combined therapy can ensure a marked therapeutic efficacy and has synergistic effect.
