中药溃结煎配合西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎40例疗效观察

为观察中药溃结煎配合西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的效果，将80例确诊的慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组均采用柳氮磺吡啶分次口服，甲硝唑注射液保留灌肠，治疗组同时配合自拟溃结煎口服。结果显示，治疗组治愈26例，有效14例，有效率100％；对照组治愈14例，有效20例，无效6例，有效率85％。两组有效率及1年后复发率差异均有统计学意义（P均〈0．05）。结果表明，中药溃结煎配合西药治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎疗效好，既缩短了疗程，又减少了药物的毒副作用，且复发率低。

Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of Kuijiejian Associated with Western Drugs in the Treatment of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis of 40 Cases

The objective of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effect of self-designed Kuijiejian （tradition Chinese drugs） in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis（CUC）. Eighty patients with CUC were randomized into the study group（ n=40） and the control group（ n ：40）. Patients in the two groups all received oral intake of salicylazosulfapyridine（SASP） and retention enema with metronidazole injection fluid,while patients in the study group received Kuijiejian oral in addition. As results,cure was achieved in 26 cases and improvement in 14 cases in the study group,while cure was achieved in 14 cases and improve- ment in 20 cases in the control group respectively. The general improvement rate（100% vs 85%） and in the recurrence rate one year after the treatment,between the two groups there were statistically differences（ P〈0.05）. It is concluded that Kuijiejian plus Western drugs is a better therapy in terms of better therapeutic efficacy, shorter treatment course, less toxic and side reaction of the drug, lower recurrence rate.
