外剥内扎配合超声多普勒痔动脉结扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床研究

为观察外剥内扎配合超声多普勒痔动脉结扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将80例环状混合痔患者分为治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组采用外剥内扎配合超声多普勒痔动脉结扎术，对照组采用Milligan-Morgan术合并横切术治疗。结果显示，治疗组在减少术后复发、减轻术后肛门疼痛、肛门狭窄、肛缘水肿及缩短愈合时间等方面均优于对照组（P〈0．05），肛门失禁的发生率两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，外剥内扎配合超声多普勒痔动脉结扎术是一种新的治疗环状混合痔有效手术组合，术后并发症少，复发少。

Clinical Study on the Combined Therapy of External Disection and Internal Ligation with Doppler-guided Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

The objective of the study was to observe the therapeutic efficacy of the combined therapy of external diseetion and internal ligation（EDIL） with doppler-guided hemorrhoidal artery ligation（DGHAL） in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（CMH）. Eighty patients with CMH were divided evenly into two groups. Patients in the study group underwent EDIL-DGHAL（ n = 40）, while patients in the control group underwent Milligan-Morgan operation plus transverse incision. As results, the aspects of postoperative recurrence,anal pain,anal stricture, edema of anal edge and healing time were better in the study group than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05） ,while there was no statistical defference in the aspect of anal incontinence between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. It is concluded that EDIL-DGHAL is a novel combined surgical therapy in the treatment of CMH which can ensure less complications and recurrence.
