帕瑞昔布钠联合盐酸羟考酮控释片用于肛周手术后镇痛的临床观察

为观察帕瑞昔布钠联合盐酸羟考酮控释片用于肛周手术后的镇痛效果，将60例肛周手术患者随机分为3组，帕瑞昔布钠联合盐酸羟考酮组（A组）、静脉自控镇痛（PCIA）组（B组）及盐酸哌替啶组（C组）．每组20例，3组术后均采用视觉模拟评分（VAS），记录比较术后2h、12h、24h、36h镇痛效果。结果显示，A组和B组VAS评分无明显差异（P〉0．05），均能达到满意的镇痛效果；C组各个观察时间点VAS评分显著高于A组和B组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，帕瑞昔布钠联合盐酸羟考酮用于肛周手术后镇痛可以达到满意的镇痛效果，与常规的术后镇痛相比，用药简单，费用低，更易为患者所接受。

Clinical Analgesia Efficacy of Parecoxib Sodium Combined with Oxycodone Hydrochloride Control-release Tablet Following Perianal Operation

The objective of this study was to observe the analgesia efficacy of combination of parecoxib so dium injection and oral oxycodone hydrochloride control-release tablet following perianal operation. The 60 cases to be received perianal operation were divided into three groups： the combination group（A group）, PCIA group（B group） and pethidine hydrochloride group（C group）,20 cases/per group;the analgesia efficacy of the 3 groups at 2,12,24,36h after operation was scored with VAS method,and recorded ＆ compared each other. As results, there was not significant difference（ P 〉0.05） between A and B groups in VAS score,and the A and B groups all obtained satisfactory analgesia efficacy; but the VAS scores of C group at above time points were all higher significantly than that of A and B groups respectively（ P〈 0.05）. Results show that the combination analgesia method can obtain the satisfactory efficacy for postoperative use to perianal disease,as compared with routine analgesia following operation,it has such feature as drug use being simple,low cost, thus it is more accepted by patients.
